Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

  • All US orders excluding, Hawaii and Alaska, qualify for our flat rate shipping: 
  •             - One basket: $10
  •             - Two baskets or more: $20
  • Five or more baskets will incur additional shipping charges based on the number of products purchased. Total will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and any US territories outside of the continental US will incur an additional charge. Unfortunately, we do not know these charges until we have the order and destination. 
  • If shipping to a military address, please provide all the correct information to ensure the package arrives, see below:
    1. Write the full name of the service member and include their rank (i.e., CPT Bob Smith)
    2. Include their unit and assigned box number (i.e., Box 0402)
    3. Enter the appropriate military postal code in the area where you would typically write the city (i.e., APO/FPO)
    4. Use the following abbreviation instead of the state: AA (Used for Armed Forces in America)
    5. Provide the appropriate five-digit zip code
  • We ship from a warehouse in Oregon. 
  • Please email for expedited shipping options.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange. 

All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item less the shipping  unless the product is determined defective. Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade. No two designs will be exactly alike giving you a lasting one-of-a-kind product to treasure for years to come. The buyer is still responsible for return shipping if the item is being returned because it does not suite a buyer's particular taste. The buyer is also responsible for ensuring the product is safely returned. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during return transit. We are not responsible for returns outside of our return policy. If an item comes back to us outside of our return policy we will not refund the product.


Issue With An Order

Any issues with an order need to be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. We cannot help with issues outside of this window.


Product Representation

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products on our website. Please note, lighting as well as phone and computer screens vary. We will never achieve 100% accurate representation on a screen. The buyer is still responsible for return shipping if the item is being returned because their interpretation is not an exact match to the photos on our site.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to any previous or post purchases. 

 

Special Orders

Any order with a quantity of 20 or more is considered a special order and FINAL SALE. It will not be eligible for cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds.
